Services Included In Our Heating System Maintenance

1.

Clean or replace air filters

We will inspect your air filters and either clean them if possible or replace them with new filters. Heating systems need good clean airflow to work properly, and a dirty air filter can prevent that from happening.

2.

Ensure the burners and vents are clear of debris

We will inspect your heater’s burners and heating vents to make sure the heater is able to get good airflow and pull in fresh air. We’ll also make sure nothing has blocked off your heater’s vents.

3.

Tripped Carbon Monoxide Detector

We’ll inspect your furnace’s heat exchanger to ensure it is working correctly and prevent toxic gases from entering the blower. We’ll make sure there aren’t leaks or cracks that can lower efficiency and could cause bigger problems in the future.

4.

Inspect the thermostat

We’ll inspect the heater’s thermostat and make sure it is working properly. We will also check to see if your heater has a programmable thermostat which can help save money by lowering the heater’s energy usage when no one is home or at night while you sleep.

5.

Inspect all electrical components

We will inspect all heater electrical components to make sure they are in good working order. If there are any issues, we can help you resolve them before they become problems down the road.

6.

Inspect ductwork

Often heater problems are not with the heater itself but with the heater’s airflow. We will inspect your heater’s ductwork to ensure it is properly routed and sealed to keep air flowing through your heater as intended.
